The Delta State Government has reaffirmed its commitment to attracting and supporting strategic private-sector investments capable of driving sustainable economic growth, following the just-concluded Delta State Economic and Investment Summit.

In line with this commitment, the state government has expressed strong support for the ongoing development of the MB Refinery and Petrochemical Company Limited in Ajagbodudu in Warri North Local Government Area, describing the project as a strategic investment with significant potential to transform the state’s industrial and economic landscape.
The Commissioner for Oil and Gas, Hon. Peter Uviejitobor stated this during an inspection visit to the refinery site, following a presentation by the company’s management to the state government.
