JUST IN: Oborevwori Appoints Dr. Mininim Oseji As New Head of Service
The Delta State Government has announced the appointment of Dr. (Mrs.) Mininim J. Oseji as the new Head of Service.


The appointment, approved by His Excellency, Rt. Hon. (Elder) Sheriff Oborevwori, was officially disclosed in a government statement released today, March 24, 2025.
The statement was signed by Mr. Charles Aniagwu, Commissioner for Works (Rural Roads) & Public Information.
Dr. Oseji, who previously served as Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Environment, Asaba, brings a wealth of experience as a Consultant Public Health and Community Physician.
She is also the Medical Director of Berachah Community Clinic, a part-time Consultant with Federal Medical Centre, Asaba, and Executive Director of Public Health Impact Research Centre, an NGO she founded in 2002.
An accomplished professional, Dr. Oseji is a Past National President of the Medical Women’s Association of Nigeria (MWAN).
She is an active member of the Medical Women’s International Association (MWIA) since 1998, where she currently chairs the Violence Against Women and Girls Special Interest Group.
She is also affiliated with the International AIDS Society and serves on various health-focused and religious bodies.
She is set to be sworn in on Monday, March 31, 2025, succeeding Mr. Reginald Bayoko, who will retire on March 29, 2025, after years of dedicated service.
